EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION – COOKING EGG ROLLS AND YAM SOUP
On June 23, 2023 at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), an extracurricular session was organized for the students with the theme "Learning Cooking - Egg rolls and yam soup".
During the extracurricular session, the students learned and understood how to make egg rolls and yam soup in the sequence of steps:
- Chose ingredients
- Read food recipes.
- Divided into groups: going to the market group; vegetable washing group; rice cooking group; frying egg group.
- Cooked each dish.
The dishes prepared by the children were served for their lunch at CED.
Through the extracurricular session, the teacher wanted to inspire in students independence spirit in eating as well as in their daily activities.
