CONSULTATION WORKSHOP ON THE DRAFT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVLOPMENT STATISTICAL INDICATORS OF VIETNAM (VSDGI)

On November 04, 2024, The Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in the consultation workshop on the draft of sustainable development statistical indicators of Vietnam (VSDGI), organized by the MSD Vietnam.

The Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in contributing opinions to indicators related to the field of Education, especially Inclusive Education for children with disabilities in general and children with hearing loss in particular.

- Percentage of teachers and staff at general education schools at all levels who have access to and training on how to support students with disabilities to attend inclusive education.

- Percentage of schools, universities and colleges having policies to support learning and supporting facilities for pupils and students with disabilities.

Through the workshop, The Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) has gained more useful information for the development and orientation of the Center's future activities to meet Vietnam's Sustainable Development Goals (VSDGI).
