AWARENESS RAISING FOR COMPANY RECRUITING CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER FOR CUSTOMERS WITH HEARING LOSS
On September 22, 2021, Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing had an online meeting with Ms. Tran Thi Yen, the recruiting officer of Thien Tu Company about recruiting customer care officer for customers with hearing loss.

CED shared about Rights of the Deafs, works that deaf people can do as well as customer care suitable for people with hearing loss.
According to CED, if the new staff training is organized in short time, the company may invite sign language interpreters supporting the deafs participating the training. Then, the staff will be tested monthly for in time training and improving customer care skills.
Currently, Thien Tu company is still recruiting one employee knowing sign language who will take care of the customer with hearing loss line.
