EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: WATCHING THE MOVIE “HOME ALONE 5”

On June 21, 2024, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students attended an extracurricular session watching the movie “HOME ALONE 5”.

“Home Alone 5” is an American film produced in 2012. The film is about an 8-year-old boy named Kevin McCallister, who is left at home while his family goes on vacation in Paris for Christmas. Initially, Kevin is very happy to have the opportunity to stay home alone, but soon realizes that he must protect his home from two thieves who suddenly appear. With creativity and intelligence, Kevin uses all available means to create obstacles to stop the two thieves. Finally, the boy succeeded in protecting his home and reunited with his family for a warm Christmas.

The extracurricular session watching movie at the end of each month at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) not only helps students access cultural arts from the society, relax after studying and training, but also realizes the value of independence, confidence, and calmness in dealing with situations, especially understanding the value of family in life.
