EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS ACCORDING TO VOVINAM

At the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students participated in an extracurricular session with the topic "Self-defense skills according to Vovinam".

The two main contents were basic concepts and self-defense exercises of Vovinam:

Content 1: Learn knowledge

- Explain the concept of "Self-defense" and notes when defending oneself.

- Overview of Vovinam such as the founder, uniform, belt levels.

- Especially introduce and instruct students about self-defense exercises.

Content 2: Practice and review

- Practice self-defense exercises

- Check and review the exercises that students have practiced.

The Extracurricular session "Self-defense skills according to Vovinam" at CED aims to introduce to students this martial art established in Vietnam, helping students gain more knowledge about it. At the same time, the goal is for students to know some self-defense moves to be able to protect themselves in danger. Training gives students more health, more flexibility, increased self-defense and increased self-confidence.
