ART CLASS: PORTRAYING WOMEN THROUGH THE EYES OF HEARING-LOSS STUDENTS.

On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8th, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) had a meaningful activity “Portraying Women”. The event aimed to honor the women cherished in their hearts.

With the guidance of their teachers, the students used watercolors and canvas to create portraits of their beloved mothers, grandmothers, teachers, and sisters. Despite their simple strokes, the artworks radiated deep affection, with vibrant colors blending seamlessly to express profound respect and love. These paintings were not merely art but heartfelt tributes to the important women in their lives.
