EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: YOGA ACTIVITY FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

On February 20, 2025, in the spirit of celebrating Vietnamese Doctors' Day, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in an extracurricular yoga class. This activity helped them understand more about yoga and the benefits of practicing yoga for both body and mind. The students were guided to perform basic yoga poses and meditation.

The extracurricular activity not only helped the students improve their health but also contributed to teaching them about self-discipline, patience, and focus. Many children showed enthusiasm and excitement for the exercises, and they also better understood the importance of taking care of their health from young age.
