EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION – WATCHING “THE LITTLE PRINCE”

On February 3, 2023, the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) had a useful extra-curricular class for students with hearing loss. The topic of this extracurricular session was watching the movie "The Little Prince". This is a film adapted from the French literary classic by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

The film revolved around the story of a pilot who fell into a desert, faced with a very low chance of survival, and met a strange child, neither a grown man nor a boy. The story was gradually revealed, the young man came from a distant planet, where he lived alone with a rose. The rose made him so sad that he followed a flock of birds to other planets. He was guided by a wise and prudent fox, by the evil angel of death - the snake.

At the end of the movie, in order to test and evaluate the ability to remember images in the movie, the teachers in turn asked questions for the students to answer about who were the characters in the film, which animals appeared. ... Most of them could answer.

The extracurricular session was divided into 2 sessions. In the afternoon, the teacher divided the students into two teams, each team consisted of 5 students. The team that could list the most names of characters, animals or objects in the movie won. Extracurricular activities became more exciting and stimulating when there was competition among students. One by one, the arms were raised to bring the score back to their team.

Everything is possible.
