EXTRA-CURRICULAR SESSION – WATCHING THE MOVIE “MOANA”

On July 21, 2023, the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) organized an extra-curriculum session of watching the movie “Moana” for young students.

Moana's Journey was a story revolving around a young girl named Moana who lived in a village in the middle of the sea. Brave Moana, longing to be free to explore the outside world. However, the villagers stopped her. And then, her village gradually became shabby and she was given a mission to cross the ocean to return Te Fiti's heart to save the village. Accompanying her were Maui, a man with a dark past, and Heihei, a silly chicken.

During the movie, the students repeatedly bursted out laughing because of the funny situations in the movie.

Through the extra-curricular session, the teachers wanted to inspire the students about: the freedom and exploration of the outside environment, and about showing a sense of responsibility to their beloved homeland.

  "Everything is possible."
