The theme of Vietnamese People with Disability Day 18/04/2026 is “Promoting the right to participation – Creating breakthroughs for development".
On the occasion of the 28 year anniversary of Vietnamese People with Disability Day, Board of Director and teachers of Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) wish people with disability in the whole Vietnam fortitude, confidence, overcoming obstacles for Creating breakthroughs for development.
