TRAINING PROGRAM: COURSE 10 OF SKILLS IN SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS (DEAF/HEARING HARD/LATE-DEAFED) IN HOSPITALS – SESSION 3

On June 29, 2024, Ms. Duong Phuong Hanh - Director of the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) trained the third session for 18 students, including 14 students who are Medical staff, Social Workers, customer service staff working at Hospitals, and 04 students are currently interns at CED.

In lesson 3, students learned about lip-reading, one of the important skills in supporting visual signals for people with hearing loss in communication. After the session, students were assigned to refer to and analyze "The Hearing Loss Supporting Procedure".
