STEM: BALANCED FORCES

On October 29, 2024, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), STEM class students had a STEM lesson with the topic of "Balanced Force"

The lesson content included:

  • Observing some balance phenomena in life.
  • Designing a balance scale model using simple, easy-to-find materials: a hanger (for the scale base), plastic cups (for the scale pans), and lemons (for weight).
  • Using the newly designed balance scale to conduct experiments on balance force.
  • Drawing conclusions about the balance conditions of objects.

The STEM lessons at the Center for Research on Education for the Deaf (CED) ensure both the implementation of Official Dispatch No. 3898 of the Ministry of Education and Training (implementing STEM in the teaching program) and the right to access comprehensive education for children with hearing loss.
