PRACTICAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS AT CED
On May 20, 2026, representatives from the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) welcomed a group of four final-year students from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, who had come to register for an internship at CED.
The objectives of this internship are:
- To gain exposure to and familiarize themselves with the practical work environment and daily operations of a psychologist within a social organization.
- To acquire practical knowledge and real-world experience that will serve as a foundation for their professional practice after graduation.
CED currently collaborates in providing internship supervision for students from:
- The Faculty of Social Work at Ton Duc Thang University;
- The Faculty of Social Work at the Ho Chi Minh City Open University;
- The Faculties of Social Work, Sociology, Education, and Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City (USSH-VNUHCM);
- The Faculties of English and Psychology at Saigon University;
- The Faculty of Psychology at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.
CED also provides guidance and consultation for students working on their graduation theses in various fields, including:
- Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Electronics at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE);
- Design and Arts at Hoa Sen University;
- The Faculty of Information Technology and Industrial Fine Arts at Saigon Polytechnic College.
