PEOPLE WITH HEARING LOSS LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGE, SPORTS

“Chilren with hearing loss are gradually accessing many new subjects which were only possible for students with normal hearing in schools, aiming towards helping them in comprehensive development and being confidence for going further in their studies.

HCMC currently has 15 special schools for children with hearing loss, most of them are just primary schools. This prevents them to access necessary subjects for comprehensive development. However, thanks to joining hands of community organizations, the education door is opening before them.”

And on the journey accompanying with people with hearing loss and their families, Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing always keeps our aspiration and our faith: “If given chances in study and work, people with hearing loss can do anything."
