EXTRACURRICULAR: WATCH THE MOVIE "OVER THE MOON"
"Over the Moon" – that is the name of the film that STEM students watched together in an extracurricular session on March 21, 2025 at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED).
"Over the moon" is the story of a smart girl named Fei Fei who is trying to overcome the loss of her mother. Fueled by determination and passion for science, Fei Fei built a spaceship to fly to the moon to prove the existence of the Moon Goddess. Here, she not only discovers the wonders beyond imagination, but also finds answers about the love, memories, and beliefs that her mother has passed down. The film conveyed the message of "holding fast to the belief that the impossible is possible. – Quote from Mr. Glen Keane, the director of the film".
The movie "Over the Moon" watching session not only helped students them relax after hours of studying, but also through the slow-play subtitle mode, they could practice their reading skills and recognize more new words.
