EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: WATCH THE MOVIE "OBLIVION"

On November 24, 2023, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students attended an extracurricular session of watching the movie "Oblivion” - The Secret of the Desert Earth.

Oblivion – the Secret of the Desert Earth – is sci-fi entertainment set in the year 2077, Earth has been emptied, losing its population when it was forced by an alien attack 60 years earlier. Although being the winners, survivors reestablish life on another planet. An only veteran, Jack Harper (played by Tom Cruise), was assigned to stay on Earth to search for life sources on the Earth devastated by this war. Jack fought and sacrificed for memory, for love of humanity so that his wife and children were compensated adequately in the end. The film also sends the message: No matter how many times the Earth is destroyed, no matter how many planets people move, this place is still the dearest, most beautiful and worthy home. Heroes fight to protect it.

Movie extracurricular activities at the end of the month at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) help students access arts and culture in the community, and relax after hours of studying and practicing.
