EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: TURNING PLASTIC STRAWS INTO MASTERPIECES - BOUNDLESS CREATIVITY OF STUDENTS
On March 21, 2025, elementary students at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) participated in a special extracurricular activity centered on creating art from recycled materials. Using plastic straws as their primary resource, the students surprised everyone with their remarkable craftsmanship and creativity, producing a range of unique products.
Outstanding creations included pen holders, chairs, and lively models such as boats, submarines, and houses. This activity not only allowed students to practice their creativity and teamwork skills but also conveyed a profound message about environmental conservation, encouraging people to reuse items instead of discarding them.
