EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION – MAKING LANTERNS

On September 22, 2023, the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) organized an extracurricular session for students on the subject of “ making lanterns”.

During the extracurricular session, students were learnt about:

• Prepared materials for the lanterns: A4 color paper, scissor, cutter knife, double sided tape, ruler, glue.
• Watched two videos on how to make lanterns and students chose lantern they liked.
• Made and decorated lanterns.

Through this extracurricular session, teacher guided students’ skills how to design and decorate lanterns by themselves on the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.
