EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION – MAKING CAKES AND DRINKS

At the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), in addition to cultural learning, life skills training, listening and speaking practice, etc., vocational education is always focused, helping students have many vocational choices for integrating into the community.

For the above purpose, the extracurricular session on May 12, 2023 was held with the theme "Learning to make cakes and drinks", specifically, making crepe cakes and lemongrass lemonade with chia seed.

During the extra-curricular session, the students:

- Watched a video on how to make crepes and lemongrass lemonade with chia seeds.

- Knew the necessary ingredients, especially the ratio of mixing and mixing powder for quality products.

- One by one, the students came to practice. Their final products were small beautiful cakes that looked like the model.

- At the end of the session, there was a "light party", nothing more fun than enjoying a cake made by your own hands.

We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Thao, Ms. Tran for spending valuable time at CED, dedicated to guiding the students. We hope that they would continue to accompany us in such vocational extracurricular sessions.
