EXTRACURRICULAR SESSION: COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNICATION - SIGN LANGUAGE, SPEAKING, AND WRITING

COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNICATION: SIGN LANGUAGE, SPEAKING, AND WRITING is a core subject taught weekly at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED). This week, on July 25, 2024, students continually learned the theme: MONTH-END REVIEW. In this session, students reviewed three lessons learned in July: "FAMILY AND RELATIVES," "WEATHER," and "HOUSEHOLD ITEMS." Students reviewed vocabulary, practice sentences through reading, speaking, and writing. Additionally, at the end of the lesson, students read the poem "Homeland," underline the words they have learned, and combined writing and practicing sentences with those vocabulary words.

The month-end review and assessment is an activity that the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED) pays special attention to and implements regularly. This activity aims to support the evaluation of students' knowledge
