DRAWING SESSION – HAPPY FULL MOON FESTIVAL
On September 21, 2023,at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), students had a drawing session. The younger students learnt to draw with the theme “ Happy full moon festival “. This subject is familiar with students on the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival. The image of sparkling lantern, bustling lion dance were yellow dye under the light of the familiar full moon .
In this session, the teacher used music to dispel fatigue and stress during drawing time.
The older students drew freely as they wish.
After finishing drawing, the teacher instructed the students to mix colors. In some difficult motifs that needed to be painted to show the vividness of the pictures, the teacher graciously guided each student individually on tricks in color mixing.
Drawing sessions are always an opportunity for students to learn about art and the colors of the world around them.
