BASIC INFORMATICS FOR STUDENTS WITH HEARING LOSS

On February 1, 2023, at the Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), the students of the STEM class had a basic Informatics session with the lesson "Vietnamese typing software".

The curriculum used in the lesson is specially designed for children with hearing loss, ensuring adequate basic Informatics knowledge as well as reviewing the words and sentences learned through the practice at the end of the session.

Organizing the "Basic Informatics" session for children with hearing loss is one of the career-oriented and inclusive education activities at the for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), thereby helping them to identify interests and abilities for orienting suitable careers on the path of later integration.
