ART CLASS: IMAGINATIVE DRAWING AND OBSERVATIONAL DRAWING

In the Art class on October 8, 2024, at The Center for Research and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CED), the students from the STEM class were introduced to two topics: Imaginative Drawing and Observational Drawing.

  • Imaginative Drawing: The students were free to draw anything they had seen, their dreams, or a beautiful memory.
  • Observational Drawing: With a leaf as the model, the students were guided to observe its shape, color, veins, and stem, then proceeded to draw it on black drawing paper.

At the end of the class, the students’ imaginative drawings were diverse and creative, while their observational drawings were incredibly precise, capturing every detail of the real-life model.
